Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 16, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, programs, events, content, and services provided by The Satori Agency, LLC ("The Satori Agency," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for a program or event, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you enter into a separate written agreement with The Satori Agency, that agreement will govern to the extent it conflicts with these general Terms.
1. About The Satori Agency
The Satori Agency, LLC is a Virginia limited liability company providing consulting, strategic advisory, research, speaking, educational programming, experiences, events, retreats, and related professional services and content.
Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, responsibilities, and terms may be established through proposals, contracts, statements of work, invoices, registration pages, or other written agreements.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our services or participate in offerings intended for adults.
By using this website or purchasing from us, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted.
3. Services and Purchases
Descriptions, pricing, availability, deliverables, schedules, and other terms for particular services or offerings will be provided on the applicable sales page, proposal, invoice, registration page, contract, or statement of work.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue an offering, provided that any existing contractual obligations will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement.
4. Payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
By purchasing a service, product, program, event, or other offering, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the payment schedule presented at purchase or contained in your applicable agreement.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
If you enroll in a payment plan or recurring service, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the agreed billing schedule until your payment obligation is satisfied or the recurring arrangement is properly terminated according to its applicable terms.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and promptly updating payment information when necessary.
Past-due amounts may result in suspension of services, participation, access, or deliverables where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Because The Satori Agency provides multiple types of services and experiences, cancellation and refund terms may vary by offering.
The cancellation, refund, transfer, and rescheduling terms presented in the applicable proposal, contract, invoice, registration page, checkout page, or statement of work govern that purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees for professional services already performed and digital materials already delivered are non-refundable.
For events, retreats, programs, or experiences involving third-party reservations, accommodations, travel, vendors, or other advance commitments, payments may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation deadlines as disclosed at the time of purchase.
If The Satori Agency cancels an offering for which you have paid, we will communicate the remedies available for that specific offering, which may include rescheduling, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Delivery and Fulfillment
Professional services are delivered according to the schedule and method described in the applicable agreement or offering.
Digital products or materials are generally delivered electronically.
Events, speaking engagements, retreats, workshops, and other experiences are delivered at the location, date, and time communicated for the applicable offering.
Clients and participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and satisfying any participation requirements communicated in advance.
7. Client Responsibilities
When receiving professional services from The Satori Agency, you agree to provide reasonably accurate and timely information necessary for us to perform the agreed services.
Delays caused by missing approvals, information, materials, access, decisions, or other client responsibilities may affect timelines and deliverables.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original materials created and owned by The Satori Agency—including methodologies, frameworks, research, concepts, written materials, presentations, graphics, curricula, templates, recordings, website content, trademarks, and other intellectual property—remain the property of The Satori Agency or its applicable licensors.
Purchasing a service, program, product, event, or experience does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
Where materials are provided for personal or internal business use, you receive only the limited permission expressly granted for that purpose.
You may not reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, modify, teach, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from proprietary materials without prior written authorization.
9. Website Content
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Although we aim to provide thoughtful and accurate information, website content should not be interpreted as individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult appropriately qualified professionals when necessary.
10. Results and No Guarantees
The Satori Agency does not guarantee any particular financial, professional, personal, organizational, media, business, or other outcome from the use of our services or materials unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
Testimonials, examples, case studies, and previous results do not guarantee future outcomes.
11. Events, Programs, and Retreats
Participation in in-person or virtual events, programs, workshops, and retreats may be subject to additional participation terms.
Participants are responsible for reviewing applicable travel, accommodation, cancellation, health, accessibility, insurance, and participation requirements before attending.
Unless expressly included in writing, participants are responsible for their own transportation, travel arrangements, incidental expenses, and other costs associated with participation.
12. Third-Party Services
We may use or recommend third-party platforms, venues, vendors, payment processors, travel providers, or other service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, those third parties are independent from The Satori Agency, and their products and services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, security, or performance of independent third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.
13. Acceptable Use

Use our website or services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with website functionality or security
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, our website and general website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Specific professional services remain subject to any warranties or commitments expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Satori Agency, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, content, or services.
Any additional limitations applicable to a professional engagement may be contained in the applicable contract or statement of work.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to a separate client agreement will be governed by the dispute-resolution and governing-law provisions contained in that agreement, if applicable.
